Did you know that every time you engage in self-pleasure, you're essentially training your body? Yes, you're training it for lovemaking.
One of the initial questions I ask my coaching clients who approach me for premature ejaculation issues is, "How much time do you dedicate to self-pleasure?"
More often than not, the response is somewhere between 2 to 5 minutes.
Now, if you're content with a 2-5 minute lovemaking session with your partner, that's absolutely fine. However, if you aspire to prolong the pleasures of intimacy, consider extending the duration of your self-exploration.
Our bodies respond to rehearsed patterns; they follow our lead. If you consistently train your body to reach climax within 2 minutes, it will likely do the same during partnered activities.
